2. About Registration

Pre-registration Required (Participation Fee: Free).Registration must be completed by the individual participant.

3. Participation Certificate

You can choose to receive your participation certificate either digitally or in paper form.
If you choose to receive it digitally, the certificate will be sent to the email address you provided after the event.
If you prefer a physical copy, it will be available for collection at the venue on the day of the event.

4. Parking

Please use public transportation or other means.

5. Lunch

Eating inside the venue is not permitted. Please use nearby restaurants or eateries.

6. Recording, Audio Recording, and Photography

Photography, video recording, or audio recording of lecture slides within the venue is generally prohibited as it may violate copyright. Please keep any media activities brief, avoid crowding, and ensure social distancing. Photography of the event environment, signage, etc., is permitted as long as no individual attendees are identifiable. Please be mindful to avoid capturing individuals in photographs.

All screen images and contents during presentations are copyrighted. Unauthorized media coverage that infringes on copyrights or poses risks related to personal information protection, including secondary use such as reprinting or broadcasting, is strictly prohibited.

For any presentation, reporting the content without the permission of the presenter and the session chair is not allowed. However, if permission is granted following a discussion with the chair and presenter, he content may be published under the joint responsibility of both the presenter and the media, provided approval is obtained from the Event Administrative Office.
